History and Information
Van Dorn Villa was built in 1986 as a 55-plus independent living community. It consists of 191 condominiums varying in size from 612 to 1308 square feet. There are units with one bedroom one bath, two bedroom one bath or two bedroom two bath. Not all units come with a garage, but most have a single car garage or a reserved stall in the underground garage. The building has five floors with seven elevators for easy accessibility.
The amenities are available to all residents. Because we are a community for older adults, children can come visit, but must be monitored and are not allowed to live here long term.
